How Poems Arrive

How poems arrive by Anne Stevenson, is very interesting because its a poem describing how poems come to be; at least by her interpretation.  She says love "they're strongest when admitted blind, judging by feel, feeling with sharpened sense while yet their need is undefined." Meaning that like love, a poem is open for suggestion and not judge-mental.  It is free to flow any way it wants to and needs no reason why.
