After reading these pages, I am guessing Swenson and Angela Argo might develop feelings for each other. I am saying it because he noticed that she crossed lines by criticizing one of her classmates and then again his best friend Magda but he gave her a free pass. Then, the part that Agela replayed Swenson's message several times, I am not sure if she accidentally or intentionally mentioned it to him but definitely she has a crush on him. There is a section that we did not talk about in class; faculty meeting scene where Swenson and Sherrie attended after school. Basically, the meeting was about the Euston College policy on sexual harassment and other regular rules for faculty members to follow. Here is the interesting part that Swenson's inner thought that the fact of he is proud of himself for not breaking that sexual harassment policy within 20 years of his career at Euston. He almost sounded arrogant too where he thought "He's the saint of Huston" on page 22. I think the author is hinting something related to this particular rule is going to happen later in this book. Honestly, I can't wait to find out.

Blue Angel
Ted Swenson's relationship with Angela Argo(student) is very interesting from my point of view. I feel like he can relate to her and she is THAT student. And when I say THAT student I feel like every professor has that one student that shows something different than the others. She is described as an outcast and someone who doesn't really speak throughout the class but when she does its something that impresses Swenson. Also they have things in common which is something rare for Swenson. His relationship with his wife is like a balance. They love each other and they are there for each other. Sometimes his wife, Sherrie, as said in the novel can act as a mother to Swenson. I can see it at points in the book as it goes on with small incidents. Sherrie is also the "know it all" implying she's more eloquent and responsible in certain situations. He doesn't have a relationship with his daughter and has not spoken to her since she has left for college. And for his colleagues he tries to avoid them but when he encounters them he makes small talk. This novel is in the third point of view meaning it is a story told my some one who is not in the book. This affects the way the novel is being read because you don't actually have a first point of view and don't know if what is being told is told correctly. I feel like throughout the novel Swenson creates a deeper relationship with Angela, I don't how deep the relationship will be but I just feel like since they mentioned that Professor's can not have a relationship with there students I feel like there will be one with Swenson and Angela. Overall the novel is interesting and keeps me engaged.
Blue Angel
This reading to me today in class was pretty interesting , I was really into it . It wasn't a reading that I would just read to get over it in class , the author in this novel pages 1-63 talks about her story called " eggs" then it goes to a weird relationship with Angela and the professor having a thing. The things that go threw the professor head and their conversations threw the phone. Is the author showing the real intentions or is this just to entertain ?
How poems arrive
This poem is about how poem arrive how author write them and their messages. The emotions that are shown . " Showing off a chain " of intimacy or blame or joy or pain ". The noise a poem makes with its invention ". How rhythm words come to you having connections.
Blue Angel
From pg 56-63 it mainly focused on Anglela and Swenson’s conversation of her work enittled “Eggs”. Then it goes on to talk about how Angela related to Swenson’s articles in the Phoniex Times. She relates to when Swenson lost his father. It also seems as if Angela and Swenson have an abnormal student-professor relationship.
Blue Angel
After reading a few pages in class of the book Blue Angel, I believe it seems like professor Swenson is almost paranoid or very aware of his surrounding and abut things apearing different than what they actually are. Like when he ends class and is approached by Angela, he starts thinking about Avery thing that could go wrong if Angela walks “one inch too close” there might be a report, who walks first, do you hold the door for the kid or do they let you pass? Then begins speaking to Angela abit a students work. I simply think Swenson personality is very interesting and almost weird, because of the way he reacts to things and isn’t so passionate about things but still tries to have a relationship with his students.

The first part that we were asked to read has caught my attention .Swenson seems to be an interesting character who just lives life to live it. The story is being told from Swenson's point of view in the third person. So far, it doesn't seem like he's a person with a lot of emotions. As the story unfolds around him through his point of view I see sort of the same tone. He talks to everyone in the same way. I think that he's a laid back professor that I wouldn't mind having as a a teacher. He said his course is a pass/fail so everyone passes and he tells his students to call him by his first name. Although he compares his job to a prison, I feel like everyone does. So I wouldn't blame him for thinking this way. As a student it doesn't really bother me.
